1. Cancellation:

• COD ORDERS :
  Cancellations are only accepted before shipping of orders from our store. Once the products are shipped we shall not accept cancel request.
• Prepaid orders:
  • Cancellations are only accepted before shipping of orders from our store. Once the products are shipped we shall not accept cancel request.
  • Refund will not be issued on such cancellations. But the same amount can be used to purchase any item in future within 15 days.
• Any manufacturing defect shall be entertained and same article shall be replaced in case of defective articles.

2. Return, refund and exchange :

We have no exchange and no return policy.

All our products pass through 5 step quality check before dispatch. The products are packed inside box and pouch to ensure safe delivery.
